The tools are free
The tools are free to use, and you do not need an account to use them.
What the tools are
The calculators work out numbers and placements from the details you enter. The interpretations they show are traditional readings — offered for interest and reflection, not as professional, medical, legal or financial advice.
Accuracy
We aim to keep the calculations correct and show the steps so you can check them, but we cannot guarantee that every result is free of error. Use your own judgment.
What you can buy
Some reports are paid. A paid report is a PDF we build from the details you enter: your birth name, your birth date, and nothing else. Each report is made for one person, for personal use.
Price and tax
The price on the product page is in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies, so the total you confirm at checkout is the amount we charge. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Delivery
Your report is ready within a minute of payment. You get it three ways: on the page you land on after paying, as a PDF attached to the email we send you, and in your account if you have one. The download link in that email works for 7 days. The attached PDF is yours to keep.
How long we keep your report
If your report sits in an account, we keep it for as long as you keep the account, and you can delete the report — or the whole account — whenever you like. If you bought without an account, we delete the file from our storage after 30 days, and we cannot send it again. The copy attached to your email stays with you either way.
If something goes wrong
Write to contact@stellvane.com. If your report did not arrive, or it carries a name or a birth date other than the one you entered, we fix it or refund you in full. See our refund policy.
Who can buy
You need to be 16 or older to buy a report. Buy for yourself, or as a gift for someone who is happy to receive it.
The law that applies
These terms follow French law. That does not take away the consumer rights you have where you live.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy page.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version on this page is always the current one.
