Privacy
This page explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights. Stellvane is operated from France, so the GDPR applies to every visitor, wherever you are.
What we collect
We collect your email address if you choose to join a waitlist. When you join, we store your email address, which tool you signed up from, and the page you signed up on. We also collect your birth name, birth date and email when you buy a numerology chart — the section below says what happens to them. The birth details you enter into the free tools are used only to calculate your result and are not stored.
When you buy a chart
When you buy a Numerology Blueprint, we use your birth name, birth date and email to calculate it and send it to you. Your name and date travel with your order to our payment provider, Stripe. The finished PDF carries your name and birth date, and it is attached to the email we send through our email provider, Brevo. We keep your report in your account for as long as you keep the account, and you can delete it at any time. If you bought without an account, we delete the file from our storage after 30 days. We do not use these details for anything else.
Why we collect it
We use your email only to notify you when the product you signed up for becomes available. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell or share it.
Legal basis
Consent. We store your email only after you actively submit the form — there is no pre-ticked box, and joining is your choice.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until the product you signed up for launches or you unsubscribe, and in any case no longer than three years from your last contact with us.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access the data we hold about you, or to have it deleted, at any time. To exercise either right, contact us at alix.dupuy@astroya.fr.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Bee Dusk Company, 3 rue des Marronniers, 69280 Sainte-Consorce, France, operating from France. For any question about your data, contact alix.dupuy@astroya.fr.
