This page explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights. Stellvane is operated from France, so the GDPR applies to every visitor, wherever you are.
What we collect
The only personal data we collect is your email address, and only if you choose to join a waitlist. When you join, we store your email address, which tool you signed up from, and the page you signed up on. The birth details you enter into the tools are used only to calculate your result and are not stored.
Why we collect it
We use your email only to notify you when the product you signed up for becomes available. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell or share it.
Legal basis
Consent. We store your email only after you actively submit the form — there is no pre-ticked box, and joining is your choice.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until the product you signed up for launches or you unsubscribe, and in any case no longer than three years from your last contact with us.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access the data we hold about you, or to have it deleted, at any time. To exercise either right, contact us at alix.dupuy@astroya.fr.
